Verification documents for pros: national ID, trade licence or business registration, stored privately and used only to confirm identity and eligibility.

Marketplace activity: jobs and material requests you post, quotes, messages, reviews and lead activity.

Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected to keep the service secure and working.

3. How we use your information

To match customers with relevant contractors and suppliers, operate the lead and messaging system, verify pros, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and send service and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

4. Sharing

When you post a job or request materials, relevant details are shared with matched pros so they can quote. Contact details are revealed to a pro only through the platform's lead flow. We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted processors (e.g. hosting, email delivery) under appropriate safeguards.

5. Security and retention

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. Verification documents are kept in private storage. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to certain processing. Contact us through the help centre to exercise these rights.

7. Updates

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
